	Master Jian-Sheng 見盛法師 Present Duties: The Abbess of Buddha Gate Monastery. Master Jian Sheng directs all aspects of the monastery in addition to actively teaching both the English and Chinese Buddhist studies and meditation classes. Experience: Vice Abbess and Head of the Reception Department of Chung Tai Chan Monastery. Abbess of Pu-De Zen Center, Taipei. Faculty member at the Nuns' Division of the Chung Tai Buddhist Institute. Instructor at the College Buddhist Association for the Northern Area in Taiwan. Invited lecturer on Meditation and Chan Buddhism at universities, private and government organizations in Taiwan and the US.
	Master Jian Lu Present Duties: Executive Director, Administration of Buddha Gate Monastery. Master Jian Lu teaches Buddhism classes in English and Chinese as well as managing fundraising, reception volunteers, announcements, photography and graphics, audio systems, monastery transportation, and the maintenance of the building and grounds with the assistance of many able volunteers. Experience: Receptionist of Chung Tai Chan Monastery, Docent Director of Pu Cheng Meditation Center in Taipei.
	Master Jian Li Present Duties: Executive Director of Dharma Services of Buddha Gate Monastery. Master Jian Li teaches the Beginning Chinese Meditation and Buddhism class, oversees the communications and publications for the monastery, and assists in ceremonies, events and activities Experience: Executive Director and Docent Director of Pu Chen Zen Center, Docent Director of Chung Tai Chan Monastery, Instructor at College Buddhist Association for the Southern Area in Taiwan, Docent Director of Pu Si Zen Center.
